Products, prices and ordering

• The product description, euro price, availability and delivery method are shown before the order is confirmed. The checkout total is the final amount payable by the customer.
• An order becomes binding when the customer uses the payment-obligation button and payment succeeds. An order confirmation is sent to the customer’s email.
• If a product cannot be supplied, we contact the customer and refund the amount paid.

Payment and delivery

Payment can be made using the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by the payment provider named at checkout. Orders are delivered in Estonia; available methods, fees and estimated times are shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise agreed, the order is fulfilled within 30 days. More detail is provided on the Shipping page.

Product use and Eltivo Home

Use the product only in accordance with its manual, electrical ratings and safety instructions. Before connection, confirm that the controlled appliance is suitable for a smart plug and resumes safely when power returns.

Eltivo Home connected features depend on internet access and market-data availability. Software may be updated for security and reliability. Specific financial savings are not guaranteed because results depend on the electricity plan, prices, appliances and usage.

Withdrawal and complaints

A consumer has 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from a distance contract. The procedure, model withdrawal notice and return-cost terms are on the Returns page.

A consumer may make a claim about defective goods within two years of delivery. We respond to written complaints within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, an Estonian consumer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee at ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee or to a court.

Applicable law

Estonian law applies. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted by law.
