Eltivo online-store orders are delivered in Estonia. Checkout shows the methods available for your address, their price and the estimated delivery time.
Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.
- In-stock goods are normally handed to the carrier within 1–2 working days.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we contact you.
- Tracking information is sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery methods
Depending on the destination, Omniva parcel-terminal or courier delivery may be available. The method is selected at checkout and the parcel is released under the carrier’s terms.
Delivery time and receipt
The time shown at checkout is an estimate starting when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Unless otherwise agreed, the order is delivered within 30 days. Inspect the parcel on receipt and report visible damage as soon as possible.
Delivery cost
The delivery cost payable by the customer is shown before the order is confirmed. If a promotion or free delivery applies, checkout displays it automatically.
